The September edition of Madrid HUG focused on demonstrating the usefulness of agile methodologies in Inbound Marketing projects. The talk was given by Juan Manuel Escuredo, Senior Project Manager and certified Scrum Master.
With the return to school we resumed the Madrid HUG events , the HubSpot meetings that are held around the world and that in Madrid are organized by WAM. To focus properly on the next course, the theme of this edition focused on Agile and Scrum work methodologies applied to Inbound Marketing .

Under the title “How to apply the Agile methodology in Inbound Marketing” he explained to the attendees the keys to implementing this type of agile methodologies in marketing teams and what results can be obtained.

But to do this, it is important to start at the beginning and define what agile methodologies are , as Escuredo pointed out. “They are those that allow the work methodology to be adapted to the needs of the project in a quick and efficient way,” he explained. Thus, in highly changing environments, such as marketing, it is very useful to use these methods to meet the needs of the client with agility.



The main key in Agile and Scrum methodologies is to continuously make partial project deliveries. In this way, the client feels comfortable seeing that the team is moving forward. In addition, in this way, work is done in short periods of time to make each delivery and it is possible to introduce changes and innovations more easily .
