There are a huge number of effective active ingredients in cosmetics. The most common useful substances in cosmetics are: retinoids, vitamin C, acids (AHA and BHA, azelaic, hyaluronic), urea, niacinamide.
"They all have a wide range of action. Scientific studies have been conducted with these components and their combinations, which have proven their effectiveness," says Alexandra Pashkova, a dermatologist at the Family Clinic Network.

Niacinamide (nicotinic acid): application
