The program automatically checks all current and historical connections of employees and their relatives with organizations associated with the agency's counterparties. The solution aggregates data from more than 30 open sources, including the Federal Tax Service, the Federal Bailiff Service, the Unified Information System of Procurement, and others. No personal data of employees is transferred during verifications; information is exchanged based on TIN.
"Currently, employees of all personnel departments of territorial and sectoral (functional) bodies of the Yekaterinburg City Administration have been trained to perform checks using the program. This will help speed up the preparatory stage of collecting data for their analysis. Another goal that the HR policy department has set for itself is to scale up the check to identify signs of conflict of interest not only for the Yekaterinburg City Administration, but also for municipal organizations," said Elena Khazova, Head of the HR Policy Department of the Yekaterinburg Administration.
