The State Unitary Enterprise "Republican Water Supply and Sanitation Enterprise" has implemented a digital solution "online water monitoring" from PJSC "Megafon". Water consumption and the performance of water meters in the Republic of North Ossetia are monitored by a special system.

The digital solution automated the billing system for management companies and owners of houses and apartments, and also helped the parties during disputes arising when paying for housing and communal services. The program independently calculates water consumption and promptly balances the accounting statements, thereby reducing the risk of errors when calculating payment documents.
"The online monitoring platform was created to prevent accidents and leaks, reduce equipment repair costs, and ensure the most transparent relations between the supplier and the recipient of the service. This is the first connection of such a service in the North Caucasus Federal District. Water supply infrastructure and resource consumption metering have become more accessible to both the organization and the population. In addition to automated data collection, we have the ability to provide services for monitoring thermal cameras and pipelines, which helps not only to facilitate communication between the organization and the client, but also to automate work at the enterprise itself," said MegaFon Director in North Ossetia Atsamaz Besolov.
