Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the federal law of June 24, 2023 No. 277-FZ "On Amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses". Violation of Article 13.31 of the Code of Administrative Offenses consists in the fact that failure to fulfill obligations by the organizer of dissemination of information on the Internet and repeated commission of an administrative offense entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 5,000 rubles to 10 thousand rubles; on officials - from 50 thousand to 100 thousand rubles; and on legal entities already from 500 thousand to 1 million rubles.
