Most of the action takes place around the Old Town Square. Concert bands play a variety of genres including mariachi, jazz, funk and country music in the square every weekend during the summer. during the Balloon Festival and Christmas. Shops are dotted around the square selling everything from wine glasses to ceramics made by indigenous artisans. For art lovers there are many galleries in the Old Town. Whether you're interested in traditional Southwestern art or contemporary and postmodern art, there's something for you.
