ESLSCA Business School Paris is organizing an international meeting on Monday, March 12, 2018 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the theme of International Commercial Law and new changes in international trade.



Private and public companies, national overseas chinese in canada data or multinational, all have to worry on the one hand about the acceleration of the pace of changes in international trade: New Technologies, imbalances between liberalism and new forms of protectionism; currency wars; fragility of international institutions (WTO and UNCTAD). On the other hand , by the slowdown in the implementation of adequate legal rules to accompany this acceleration.



The objective is to provide information on the current changes in international trade and the speed at which the rules of international trade law could accompany them. It aims to familiarize students with the legal framework that organizes international trade in its current and future state and to make them aware of the new risks taken by the different actors involved in an international transaction.
