The shared agile values ​​are usually the starting point of agile transition processes. Their importance for the success of such a process is often underestimated in practice.

Agility is always used where an important part of the work is used at the beginning on the way to the solution itself. This dynamic type of work requires a high feedback frequency between teams and customers and is generally called red work. The solution is implemented and found in an exploratory manner.
