Storytelling: Tell Your Brand's Story and Win Over Customers

Post by suchona.kani.z »

The term 'storytelling' in marketing in recent years is perhaps one of the most inflated in circulation.

Everyone does storytelling , everyone is a storytellers ...and as often happens when everyone does something and that something becomes a trend (especially if it's an English term), it ends up that it's no longer even clear what it is or how to do it.

If you feel the same way, but are curious to understand what all the fuss is about an English word that describes a practice that is thousands of years old, stay with me.

In this article I would like to explain what the art of storytelling is, from its origins to today, and above all how it can help you make your brand a success and reach more customers.

I'll tell you a story: what is storytelling?
Once upon a time there was a cave. After all, all the most famous stories begin like this, right?

In that cave lived a group of cavemen who had not sweden email list yet discovered the use of written language.
They communicated little more than with grunts, but they were intrinsically and unmistakably human: for this reason the desire to tell their life stories to their children, to their cavemen friends and perhaps, who knows, to posterity, drove them to dip their fingers in colored concoctions of their own creation, and then run them over the walls of their cave and draw scenes of hunting, of war, of life.

Fast forward several thousand years: a blind man with a voice that could make people dream begins to tell epic stories of heroes, facing wars or great journeys home.

His words resonate so much with his interlocutors that these stories are passed down from mouth to mouth, from age to age, until they take written form and become immortal.
