Maybe it was destiny that sooner or later I would write an article on Agile Marketing . Some time ago, I was attracted by the title on Amazon and bought the book Hacking Marketing by Scott Brinker and carried it with me in my work bag, without ever having time to read it, until, due to a theft, the book was stolen along with my bag (I still remember my expression, when, returning home, I opened the trunk of my car and found nothing, but that's another story).
However, I did not give up because I thought and still buy phone number list think that Agile Marketing is a very current topic and a possible solution to the organization of work in the Marketing function.
So I bought the book again and here we are.
But enough talking…let's get started!
What is Agile Marketing?
Agile Marketing refers to the application of the Agile methodology to the Marketing function .
I would therefore say that we should focus on what Agile is , understand its origins to delve deeper into whether and how it can be of help to Marketing.
Agile , in common parlance, means having the ability to move easily and quickly but if we use the lens of Project Management , it identifies, instead, a methodology that has developed in the field of software development which is characterised by the division of the various work phases into single tasks with a strong capacity to absorb changes with respect to planning
