Types of corporate welfare

Corporate welfare can be implemented in different forms, classified according to the activation method and the type of services offered. The main types are:

Unilateral corporate welfare : the company independently introduces, without negotiation, a welfare plan for employees.

Contractual welfare : benefits are provided for by collective agreements or individual agreements. This is the case of CCNLs that include welfare obligations.

Bilateral welfare : provides for the joint participation of instagram data companies and trade union representatives through bilateral bodies.

Supplementary welfare : it is used alongside public services, enhancing their effectiveness, as in the case of supplementary healthcare.
