We want to be trendy, so we went to a training on email marketing trends . The tips for email marketing were listened to by both experienced marketers (repetition is the mother of wisdom) and our consultants.
At the seminar, we discussed all the important steps of e-mailing. Creating unique content , building a loyal community, relationships and trust and of course creating a business offer strategy, testing, analysis, measurement, data collection and improvement. The individual steps to the perfect e-mailing were also interwoven with practical tasks that we had fun with.

The most common email client is Outlook with 38.5% of users, closely followed by Gmail, Seznam and Centrum.
Emails on mobile are most often opened by company owners and managers.
Up to 75.5% of respondents prefer HTML email format, email with images and links, while only 24.5% prefer plain text.
99% of respondents never or rarely change their email address.
As many as 74.1% of respondents expect that the email they receive will contain both images and text.
More than 72% of recipients check their emails even during the weekend.
The good news is that almost 80% of respondents purchase a product through an email offer at least once a year.

Speakers such as: Ondřej Tomáš, founder of Clever Maps, CDN77 founder Zdeněk Cendra, or Ritetag co-founder Michal Hudeček, presented themselves on stage.

Jakub Provazník , sales director of AITOM, shared his observations from the event with us : " I liked how owners of growing companies try to simplify everything as much as possible and focus their efforts on the customer and product development. I would like to mention the founder of CDN77, Zdeněk Cendra, who revealed how they deal with planning. They plan most activities for a week in advance, not longer, in order to maintain concentration. They teach people in the company to work simply, so that everything they do fits on one A4 sheet, no one reads larger documents anyway."
