How to make your website more transparent using VPC?

The Paraple Center had determined the user segments in advance. A value proposition analysis was created during a workshop with representatives of the foundation and experts from AITOM.
The analysis then automatically resulted in a website structure that intuitively guides users to conversion or to the information they are looking for. Thanks to the information, it was possible to prepare tailor-made information for each segment, which answers doubts, advises them and offers added value at every step.
In the first step of the analysis, you write down the tasks, concerns and expectations of the segment – ​​as you can see in the picture. In the second step, you determine the hierarchy of individual ideas . Based on the analysis of the value proposition, the UX specialist prepared a wireframe that reflects all points:

Marketers also used value proposition analysis when preparing Facebook Ads and PPC ads . The analysis helped them determine appropriate arguments and select appropriate graphics.
For example, Facebook posts communicate how easy it is to help – a DM costs only 30 CZK, it is easy to send.
In the case of volunteers, the photo illustrates well that even a girl can do volunteering. The authenticity is also enhanced by the fact that the photo comes from the scenic route around Lipno, and some users may be familiar with the Treetop Walk . Both campaigns are aimed at young people under 30.
