5 Steps to Generate Leads for Event Attendees

Step One - Lead Generation Planning
We suggest planning your PR campaign at least two months before the conference or exhibition. At this stage, you need to complete several important tasks:
1. Create an ICP (ideal buyer profile) for the belize phone number list event. Your research specialist or sales development representative (SDR) will search for contact information of event attendees based on this.
Tip: Make a separate list of your current and past clients. Conferences can be a great opportunity to increase sales, expand your client base, and improve relationships that are fading.
2. Create a team that will be responsible for the success of the event. It should consist of the participants of the event, a dedicated copywriter, a person conducting research, and people responsible for outreach (SDR).
Tip: Use sales techniques. Your prospects will already be familiar with the event, or at least your solution. In other words, you will essentially be having opening meetings with qualified people who are interested in them. Your attendees should be people who can sell (don’t waste these meetings on marketing, customer service, or administrative staff!).
3. Choose the services that can be used for public relations (email, phone, social media, online, or offline) and determine the sequence.
Tip: We usually use email and phone. Sometimes we use LinkedIn messages, comments and hashtags, and offline collaboration. Check if your representatives are posting anything about the upcoming event on LinkedIn. Write a comment, then a message.
4. Develop a content strategy for your outreach efforts
Use your marketing mix, buyer persona and conference theme to create unique and consistent content that will help you stand out from the crowd.
Tip: Consider creating branded apparel and/or swag for the event. Being able to reward time spent at your organization pays dividends that will make you memorable. Without having a booth, this is a great way to get noticed (unless you are a speaker and/or sponsor).
