In 1970, when the computer was created, the first commercial exchanges appeared on the web, although it was very basic and limited. It was in 1980 when, thanks to teleshopping, users became familiar with what commerce was without having to leave home.

Undoubtedly, the main reason for this is the increased ease of accessing the Internet from almost anywhere in the world.

Since 1989, when the Englishman Tim Berners-Lee created the “www” or World Wide Web and years before Michael Aldrich invented “online shopping” so that companies could make transactions between each other through technology, the way of doing business began to change.

By the 1990s, with the Internet already in the hands of the population and with the creation of Ebay and Amazon in 1995, the rise of eCommerce was to be expected. Added to this was the proliferation of cell phones with Internet connection.
