The “Applicants” table is grouped according to the candidates’ current application phase and contains all information about the applicants. You can see when interviews have already taken place and what internal evaluation the candidates have received. With this table and the Kanban board, you can always keep track of all ongoing recruiting processes. Would you like to limit the list to individual jobs? Simply create a new view with a corresponding filter to only see applicants for a single position.

In the “Interviews” table, you record the interviews and keep track of all interview appointments. You can select an interview partner (e.g. the department manager) from the department in which the position is located, who will be notified directly by email about the upcoming interview. To do this, the “Interviews per employee” view must simply be released to the relevant managers in the specialist departments and the user ID must be stored in the account of these SeaTable users. The big advantage is that the managers can only see the appointments and data that have been released to them individually, meaning that there is a complete separation between the HR department and the specialist departments in the recruiting process. Data protection is therefore fully ensured and guaranteed by the individual views.
