Post by aminaas1575 »

Our streaming partners, such as Spotify, work diligently to ensure that plays on their platforms are legitimate—that is, they reflect the user’s true listening intent—so that the right content providers are credited and compensated for their hard work. If a service discovers that you have directly (or indirectly through a third party hired by or on your behalf) increased the number of plays through automated, deceptive, fraudulent, or other invalid means (digital bots, “click farms,” paid playlist placement, etc.), the service has the right to remove the streams from play and royalty counts, and permanently delete your entire catalog, among other remedies available to DSPs and Symphonic.
