When we talk about data linked to the social layer, we are talking about the analysis of 4 main bases: engagement, reach, attraction and conversion . The most important of these will be defined by the KPI and the purpose of the campaign.

For the purpose, for example, of creating awareness of the company or product among the public (first stage of the purchasing journey), then the main metric will be related to reach .

If the intention is to generate user interactions, the metrics will be linked to engagement .

It is important to note that the number of impressions does not indicate the total number of users reached, as a single user can be impacted multiple times. This happens more frequently for the audience that most closely matches the ideal profile to be reached, as configured in the ad creator.
