Setting up in Yandex.Direct

Post by moumitaakter4407 »

Next, we highlight prepositions and particles. They do not carry any semantic load on their own. We write out everything that we can find using Wordstat for the necessary queries: "in", "for", "and", "where", "at", "on", etc.

There are also words that can be deleted from comoros company email list almost all advertising campaigns, except for specific cases, for example:

"for free"
"video"
"photo"
"download"
Complete ready-made lists can often be found on the Internet, but we do not recommend blindly including them in your campaign; it is worth checking each word separately to avoid losing target traffic.

Queries selected for the core must be commercial, not informational.

Negative words must be listed in a special field of your advertising campaign, for example:

Where to add negative keywords

In the service settings there is a special field for entering all words and phrases

In Yandex.Direct, negative phrases can be set up for each ad group, and negative words for keywords. Such precise settings are suitable if your core does not contain a huge number of queries, and you can work out each of the selected phrases in more detail.

Flexible setup functionality has advantages - you will be able to run ads for a clearly defined target audience. Such a campaign will be more converting. But, if you have a large number of ad units or your core is voluminous, the setup must be carried out by ad groups or campaigns.

Do not neglect the functionality of the service, it will help you achieve your goals most effectively.

Direct has a number of features that will help in your work:

1) Negative words should be used in all word forms and cases to cover as many unwanted occurrences as possible for queries.

For example, with the word "to cut", there will be words "trimmed", "trimmed", etc.

2) If, when setting up a campaign, you got confused and specified the same keyword and negative keyword, then the keyword will remain. Direct will not take the negative keyword into account and the ad will be shown for the query "get a dog haircut in a salon".

3) Negative words are used in selecting sites for the Yandex Advertising Network (YAN). Using negative words, you can cut off desired sites, so check the list more carefully.

Setting up Google AdWords by Search Words

In AdWords, you can add to the list of negative keywords based on the Search Queries report in the internal interface of the service. This report will help you identify non-target queries and exclude them from display.

To do this, you need to log into the account where the ad is set up, open the “Keywords” tab and then “Search Network Keywords”:
