There is no greater lesson in life than the one that the (almost) end of life itself can give us .

What we are telling today is the story of Manuel Castellani, a boy who three years ago risked drowning in the waters of Bali.

This experience left him with nightmares, but also with an inner strength he didn't know he had.

Above all, it gave him the awareness of knowing that life is only one, that it could end at any moment, and that it is worth living.

We'll let him tell you what happened next.

Over to Manuel.

Face to face with death, in Bali

It was August 24, 2019 and I was in Bali with my girlfriend, my sister and her boyfriend.

We had embarked to go snorkeling with the romania consumer mobile number list manta rays, and the sea was rough from the moment we left.

As we got closer to the spot, the waves got bigger and bigger. People on the boat were worried, but the captain assured us that there was nothing to worry about.

A few minutes after jumping into the water, we realized something was wrong.

The current was very strong and had carried the boat away dozens of meters from us.

As we swam back to the boat, a wave took away my fin . I looked at my sister, who had turned to me crying.
