These are three different instruments , which aim to achieve the digitalisation and interoperability at community level of the phases of access to public services, both for individual citizens and for businesses. In particular, the DGUE aims to streamline and standardise the presentation of documentation by operators and economics in participating in a tender.

However, we are moving in a constantly evolving scenario and, in this sense, we cannot fail to mention a new , important project, the SCALES project – (Supply Chain Architecture Leading to Enhanced Services) . Funded by the European Commission and coordinated by AgID together with other private actors, the objective of SCALES is to exploit a series of advanced technologies as a starting point to offer new digital services with added value in document exchange . In particular, SCALES wants to focus precisely on the possibility of integrating and digitalizing the entire order cycle for both companies and public administrations.
