In addition, customer segments that cannot be reached even by investing in marketing costs in line with existing sales strategies include small and medium-sized regional companies, enterprise companies, and non-IT companies. Furthermore, of the customer segments that cannot be approached through direct sales, 90% are non-IT companies and regional companies outside Tokyo (see Figure 6).

Meanwhile, going back to the global topic, the importance of partner business is whatsapp lead also increasing in global BtoB. One survey found that the time it takes to close a deal is shorter with partner business than with direct sales (see Figure 7). Furthermore, the proportion of partner business sales in overall sales is also increasing.

In a market where profit-oriented management is required, it is necessary to deliver more products to a wider customer base through partner business (see Figure 8).
