Start by saying that an SQA is the role in an organization that is responsible for reviewing and auditing products and activities to verify that they comply with the processes applicable to the project and the established standards. In this way, it provides management with visibility of the status of the processes and products of the different projects. However, the activities of the SQA are not limited to performing audits and reviews. One of the main tasks of individuals who are SQAs is to provide Peru Mobile Database guidance and advice to members of the work teams on the use and application of the processes described in the organization, at the level of their projects. Thus, we can say that the SQA mainly performs the activities of: auditing-reviewing projects and advising on the use or applicability of the processes.

Making allies
It is essential that the different groups in the organization visualize the value that the SQA group can provide, not only in meeting quality objectives, but also in the daily work of each of them.

Below are some suggestions of what the SQA group can do to gain the support and cooperation of different groups in the Organization.

Software Engineers
Advise them on their duties regarding quality, for example: how to configure their documents or programs, make backups, report their progress in the planning tool, guide them in peer reviews.
