The material is sold in sheets, cut it to size. Mica sheets are fragile, do not bend them.

Magnetron cover

In most electrical appliances, a fuse is a safety feature that reduces the risk of fire and electric shock. In a microwave oven, the fuse serves an important additional role. It is a key part of the interlock system that prevents users from heating up the microwave oven. When an interlock error occurs, the fuse must blow to prevent the user from opening the oven door while the microwave is on. This means that it is important to use the correct fuse rating and breaking capacity.

When a microwave fuse blows, it often means that a lockout error has occurred. In these cases, the lockout resistor often burns out, or sometimes the lockout switch is faulty. When this happens, replacing the uae telegram data fuse will make the microwave work again, but it will not actually be safe. The next time a lockout error occurs, the fuse will not blow, and you could expose your hand or head to strong microwave radiation.

If a fuse blows, check the lockout resistor and lockout switches before replacing it.

HV fuse
Some ovens have a 500 mA high voltage fuse installed at the output of the main transformer to reduce the risk of fire. This may cause a break in the circuit. Do not use the mains voltage fuse to replace it. It is usually housed in a short plastic tube formed from two halves and joined together.

Thermal switch
Bimetallic thermal switches shut off power when the transformer or magnetron overheats. These inexpensive parts are available from many electronic component suppliers.

Replace with one of the same temperature rating - each one in the car has a different temperature rating.

If for some reason you use a different temperature, choose one with a slightly lower temperature rating. A lower temperature reduces the time the oven can cook at full power. Setting the cut-out to a higher temperature can cause serious failure, since microwave transformers are already under a lot of stress.
