The end of the canal?
Creating a very wide network of channels. The new reality is different: The Internet reaches business users and they will be able to access business software in the same way that any “app store” works and in many cases with little or no support from the IT department. Channels will have to focus 100% on value-added services, product licensing will gradually disappear as software will become more and more of a “commodity.” The magic of software will continue, but the rules will change.
Since February of this year, I have been dedicated to the new mission of simplifying access to software.
ReferencesIn the previous column I told you about the concept of Essence alphas and their possible use. While the magazine was being published, I learned that in November of last year the OMG ESSENCE standard passed the test as bahrain phone number data beta 2 and was finally published in its version 1.0 [1] with KUALI-BEH included. In section 6 of the document you can see the acknowledgements for UNAM and all the organizations and people who have supported us in this adventure.
The story of how KUALI-BEH was created and how it “married” ESSENCE can be found in my columns from 2012 to 2014. On this occasion, I will explain the final result of the integration of KUALI-BEH with the Essence.
Some software companies have spent 5-10 years
