Let me try to explain it this way. Let's take trade. We have already encountered online trade and already understand what online trade is. But we still don't understand the entire dynamics of the process. That is, a long time ago, a craftsman produced his own goods, stored them himself, sold them himself, repaired them himself, in general, he did everything himself. And all this was called trade. Then production separated from trade. Trade began only to trade, store, show us the goods, tell us about their wonderful characteristics, bargain with wholesalers, repair these goods, and these goods were produced somewhere else. Then logistics separated from trade. That is, before, traders purchased these goods, but now between the trader and the manufacturer there is some separate entity called logistics. Then finance separated from trade, to some extent. In general, the point is that something was constantly breaking away from trade. And as a result, at the time of the Internet revolution, trade had only one function left. This is the function of presenting us with a range of goods and managing this range. Because we knew how to pay remotely long before the Internet, we knew how to buy from a catalog back in the early twentieth century, and logistics companies knew how to transport these goods. And the only thing that remained for trade was the function of presenting us with a range. That is, we went to the store in order to fulfill our main function - to choose. The store became a point of choice. And now imagine that the cost of disseminating information fell to zero. Of course, it would be complete stupidity to go somewhere to choose something if the function of choice is a purely informational function. There is nothing material there.
information has fallen to zero, it is only a matter of time before this information component flows into the technical plane, into the network, and leaves retail. This will happen kuwait number data differently for different products. It is clear that electronics will be first, food products will be at the end, and clothing will be somewhere in the middle. In principle, there is no difficulty in this, it is only a matter of improving our information exchange tools. Yes, it seems like you can’t try on a dress over the Internet, but hypothetically there is no problem in going and scanning a 3D model of yourself once, pressing a button and trying this dress on a model of yourself, and even walking on the screen. There is nothing fantastic in what I am saying, no, these technologies are not even for tomorrow, but rather for today or yesterday. For some reason, this has not been done yet, but it will happen very quickly. That is, this is not a forecast for 15 years ahead. This is a forecast for the next couple of years.
I agree that trade and logistics are connected with this and the distribution of material goods in general will change greatly in 15 years. And because of this, the supply chain and the production chain are greatly optimized. Because, in fact, it is very difficult today to even calculate how many goods are produced and do not find their demand. Or find it at an inadequately low price, when it is easier to sell cheaply than to throw it away. It is clear that when we tie this entire chain together, we can very accurately regulate how many chairs, spoons, cups need to be produced, such a dream of the USSR State Planning Committee. Only the State Planning Committee thought that it would centrally manage this itself, but here we have a slightly different approach. Here we assume that the consumer manages the production chain through this information chain. A simple example: I bought a car in 2007 and I bought it through America. That is, it was possible to buy it there, bring it here, clear it through customs and the cost was twice cheaper than buying it in Ukraine. But that's not the point, the point is that I bought it three weeks before it left the factory in Hungary. That is, I bought it in "production" status, it was at the factory. In fact, I paid for it when the first part was put on the conveyor and the manufacturer knew that it had already been sold at that moment.
And as soon as the cost of distributing
