The next step is to customize the template and add or remove form fields depending on your requirements.

Please note that some form fields will be fixed, depending on your purpose. For example, if your purpose is to collect email addresses, then you cannot remove the email form field, as this is the main purpose of your embedded form.

You can easily add or remove any unnecessary form fields. Here's how:

Add the message you want to add to the field you choose. For example, if you choose a multiple choice question, add the question and multiple answers that people can choose from.

3. Choose where to display the form
Now that your embedded form is ready, you need to decide where you will place it in your content.

We don't just mean which page of your site, but also the location on that specific page.

Go to the left menu and select the placement "After the selected element".
Then go to the page and section after which you want to place the form. Right-click and select Inspect Page.

4. Select a contact list.
So far, we've discussed the process of designing an embedded form and choosing its placement. But what happens to the leads you generate from embedded forms?

You will need to send them to a specific list of contacts, right?

Simply go to the Conversion menu on the left sidebar and select Contact List.
