Your goal should be to provide the best and most comprehensive answers to important questions from your target group at an early stage. A thought leader should not react, but act as a pioneer and guide in his field.

Share your knowledge, transform your expertise into content relevant to your target group and make it available to your contacts on different channels. Avoid empty phrases and content that has no relevance for your contacts. Establish a personality alongside your specialist knowledge.


Step 1: Build expert knowledge
Thought leadership requires in-depth specialist V knowledge. Your expert knowledge should not be limited to your own company or your own offering. Instead, you should be considered an expert in an entire subject area. Expand your company's knowledge by exchanging ideas with other experts and sharing experiences and knowledge. It is important that you remain patient and do not expect changes overnight. Building thought leadership takes time. It will take time to build a reputation and become the first point of contact in the market in your field.
