Insured persons, through their personal accounts on the Fund's web portal, can receive personal information from the register of insured persons of the State, information about their salary, the amount of contributions paid by the employer in their favor, the acquired insurance experience, have access to the available information of their electronic work book and their disability certificates, can pay voluntary contributions to pension insurance for themselves or for other persons and make charitable donations to the system of compulsory state pension insurance.

At the same time, recipients of payments through their offices have the opportunity to apply for the special database assignment or recalculation of pensions, housing subsidies and benefits, insurance payments, reimbursement of costs for the provision of social services at home and in-kind assistance, and receive and view messages from the Fund.

The development of the functionality of the offices of insurers, managers, associations, utility providers, administrative service centers and territorial communities, social service providers, authorized persons of the post office and banks that directly make payments or provide services continues.
