It's inevitable that you will need to add new people to your groups. Perhaps a new team member has joined a project, or a new client needs to be included in updates. Adding them is simple:

Navigate to your "People" pane in Outlook.
Find and double-click on the Contact Group you wish to edit. This will open the Contact Group window.
Click the "Add Members" button on the ribbon menu, just as you did when creating the group.
You can then add the new member from your Outlook Contacts, the Global Address List, or by creating a new email contact on the fly.
After adding the new member(s), click "Save & Close." The group is now updated.
